1. Introduction

- Email address or phone number used when contacting us
- A brief description of your request (e.g., delete all records associated with my previous enquiry)

Alternatively, you may write to us at our registered business address (available on request).

5. What Happens After You Submit a Request
Once your request is received and verified:
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 7 working days.
- We will process the deletion of your personal data within 30 days, unless an extension is necessary (in which case you will be informed).
- We will delete your data securely from our systems, backups, and third-party processors (where applicable).

6. When We May Not Be Able to Delete Your Data
In certain cases, we may not be able to delete specific information immediately if:
- The data is required to comply with a legal obligation or court order.
- It is necessary for accounting, warranty, or tax purposes.
- It relates to an active dispute, claim, or complaint.

In such cases, we will inform you of the reason and the expected retention period.

7. Confirmation of Deletion
Once your data has been erased, we will confirm completion of your request by email. After deletion, we will retain only minimal anonymised or statistical records that cannot identify you.
